IT Technical Controller
- Academic qualifications at 12th year level;
- Professional experience of more than 1 year in similar roles, as Technical Controller;
- Proven professional experience in preparing and managing reports;
- Good knowledge in analyzing and carrying out diagnostics on OS and Windows/Microsoft tools;
- Knowledge of Office tools, mainly Excel and Outlook;
- Fluency in Portuguese;
- Knowledge of English is valued;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Strong customer orientation and service quality;
- Spirit of initiative and autonomy.
- Responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient management of Assets and logistical processes, ensuring that all resources are used in an optimized manner to support daily operations;
- Service analysis and suggestion of changes to improve the service;
- Preparation and analysis of reports, as well as preparation of documentation (processes, procedures, work instructions, etc.);
- Daily validation of the equipment circuit and updating it in its own application;
- Monitoring of physical inventories;
- Monitoring of projects in terms of equipment movements (updating status and locations);
- Daily/weekly/monthly control, through reports prepared for this purpose;
- Responsible for resolving problems in the operation at Asset level (interlocution with technicians, customers, managers, coordinations).
